Exchange & Return Policy
Eligibility: You can exchange for size or replace items within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.
Not Eligibile: For reasons such as color/quality/design/embroidery/trims. Please read the products details before making a purchase or call the customer service for any relevant details.
Exchange & Return Process
Request: Contact us via email at info@kaashri.com or phone/WhatsApp at +91-9079982769 to start the process.
Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll process your exchange or return within 10-15 days.
Refund Policy
Store Credit: Returns are refunded as store credit minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which is valid for 90 days.
Fee: The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250.
Exclusions: Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
Sale or Discount Policy
Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchanges with a Rs 250 return shipping fee, provided the size is available.
No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.
Missing or Damaged Items
Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Timing: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a store credit.
After 12 Hours: We are unable to process cancellations after this time.
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
